We Can Together
"We Can Together" is a unique capacity-building initiative by Assist Ability Australia that equips NDIS participants with practical employment skills while contributing to a cleaner, greener community.
This program gives participants hands-on experience in:
- Customer interaction
- Logistics and route planning
- Sorting and cleaning recyclable items
- Handling cash and record-keeping
- Taking responsibility and initiative
We Can Together
Empowering Through Purposeful Work
Participants are fully responsible for delivering and maintaining collection bins, engaging with households and businesses and depositing eligible containers as part of the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme. All proceeds from the returned containers are kept by the participants – giving you real income for your efforts.
